Beef with Garlic Stem Stirfry. Garlic stem may not be normally found in Public Markets or most supermarket in Manila. I do regular see them at South Supermarket in Filinvest Alabang. When they are available or in season I regularly buy them for my stirfry dishes. In Fact I have already posted a pork stirfry with garlic several years back.
